Volt Detail — Booking, Service & Payment Terms

Booking Requirements

• Remove all personal belongings, money, and valuables from your vehicle prior to service.

• Volt Detail is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property, vehicles, or the service location. Ensure your vehicle is in a lawful and safe area, and communicate any concerns to the technician.

• All vehicles are cleaned at the customer’s own risk. Vehicles must withstand standard cleaning procedures.

• Battery discharge: Volt Detail is not responsible for dead batteries. Please check that all lights are off after service.

• Service times are estimates; actual times may vary by vehicle and service type.

• We may use independent contractors to fulfill your service and can change the assigned detailer without penalty.

• Debit/credit card details may be required to secure a booking.

• Bookings may be rescheduled due to staffing, weather, or equipment issues.

Pricing & Surcharges

• Minimum call-out charges vary by location.

• Standard hourly rate: $85/hour for work outside the scope of the booking.

• A minimum 20% surcharge applies to vehicles with excessive pet hair, urine, vomit, blood, feces, or hazardous materials.

• Prices are based on service type, location, vehicle type, and condition and are advertised as FROM prices.

• Prices may be adjusted during service if vehicle condition or scope differs from the original estimate.

• Online prices exclude local/state taxes.

Communications

• You may receive SMS confirmations, technician info, or satisfaction surveys. Standard messaging fees may apply.

• Your name, phone number, service address, and vehicle info may be shared with the assigned technician.

• Calls may be recorded for quality assurance.

Cancellations

• 24-hour notice is required to cancel a service.

• Failure to provide 24 hours’ notice results in a minimum 25% charge of the service.

• Same-day cancellations: 25% charge.

• No-shows may incur full service charges.

• Volt Detail may reschedule bookings due to staffing, weather, or equipment issues without penalty.

Service Guarantee

• If a service is not completed as ordered or shows poor craftsmanship, Volt Detail will redo or refund the unsatisfactory portion.

• Unauthorized cleaning or repairs after service voids the guarantee.

• Failure to disclose hazardous materials, heavy stains, or odors at booking voids the guarantee.

• Only services included in your order or authorized by Volt Detail are covered.

• Payment is due upon completion; refusal to pay voids the service guarantee.

• Claims must be filed within 48 hours via phone, email, or online review. Photos must be emailed within 24 hours.

Gift Certificates

• One use per vehicle/service.

• Cannot combine with discounts, coupons, or promotions.

• Redeeming a service exceeding the gift value requires additional payment.

• Surcharges may apply for excessive damage, pet hair, hazardous materials, or larger vehicles.

• Gift certificates reflect cash value and are non-refundable after 6 months.
